It looks like I'll be living in the Midwest for the foreseeable future, so when I pref that region the "other" Queen City is number 1 (with no preference my number 1 is Norfolk). My hometown of Charlotte is top of page 2 for me, but I think "being near a major college" is biased both on what is a major college and how important this is.

I think this kinda confirms what I was thinking all along: I'll be coming back to North Carolina sometime in the future. It's ironic when you look at this list of cities and then look at the city I currently live in. :(

I find it interesting that magette didn't have one mid-western town on his list. All those years living in torture! I also find it very interesting that so many North Carolina towns made the list without Charlotte being included. You must either be way against crime (not that Charlotte has that much more than anywhere else in NC) or against civilization....

I've come to the conclusion that the only person I can live with is my sister since both our top choices was Norfolk. Kissaboo will be moving there shortly to continue its goal of running a comedy writing, movie making, computer engineering, kitchen sink manufacturing company.
